My client are the market leaders for Infrastructure and Cloud service providing and work in multiple industries such as aviation, mining and banking. They have established footholds in SA, US, UK and Europe and work with some of the largest companies in SA.

My client have a huge focus on providing top level customer support for any systems or servers that they implement and have specialists within tier1, 2 and 3 support who specialise in their given markets which has led to the company been one of the most renowned and recognised providers in SA.

The role:

Your role within the company will be within a senior capacity and you will help with any tier 3 support queries within the Wintel space, therefore having strong Wintel skills/experience is key.

You will help develop junior staff members and aid them in the progression of their career as well as develop your own skills within the Cloud and Infrastructure space.

Requirements:

* Experience in a tier 3 support role is beneficial

* Relevant qualifications (Microsoft based preferable)

* Strong interpersonal/leadership skills

* Experience with Infrastructure Wintel servers

* Cloud experience beneficial

* Degree within a relevant IT discipline is beneficial.

* Wintel based certifications (essential)
