1 Month ShortList Recruitment are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a World renowned company based in Liverpool on a 4 week contract. The IT Support Analyst will be part of the team which looks after the company's servers, network and provide desktop support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosis of errors, as well as work on technical projects. Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst: * Knowledge of Windows OS settings and configuration
* Basic understanding of Mac OS
* Strong knowledge of mobile (iOS / Android) settings and configuration
* Office 365 administration
* ITIL Framework Environment Experience
* Active Directory
