Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £20k / £23k / £50k OTE Year One - Work for the Global Leaders in Microsoft Recruitment

Due to exceptional growth and expansion, Frank Recruitment Group is looking for motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our successful London team.

My teams cover Dynamics AX, Sharepoint and .NET markets and are amongst our most established markets within the company. You will be working and learning from experience consultants and managers and have access to our unique Frank University program aimed at progressing you quickly so you can move towards earning your OTE from day 1.

We are looking candidates with a positive attitude. If you are willing to learn, we will give you all of the sales training and mentoring you will need to be successful in this position. What the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role entails:

* Business development to build and establish new relationships

* Negotiating and selling across multiple levels

* Head-hunting and applicant sourcing (cold calling, pitching & closing)

* Complete management of the recruiting process

Any experience in business to business sales or telesales is a plus but not required! No previous experience is required as all recruitment consultants receive intensive training.
