Technology Director (*Chief Technology Officer) - South West London £80,000 - £120,000 + benefits

A leading defence and security consultancy who are known to have some of the most intelligent workforce across the UK are looking to bring in a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for one of their managed service partners who can lead and executing Technology associated requirements on behalf of a prestigious government client in delivery of leading edge Cyber Security solutions within a collaborative working environment.

The role is based in a brand new state of the art office in Vauxhall London and will require occasional travel to Worcestershire and Hampshire.

Key Accountabilities

The role is for an experience information security architect to come in as a Chief Technology Officer for the managed service, and partner with the CEO. The CTO will be accountable for driving technology to provide assurance to a prestigious government client by delivering and leading technical strategy on information assurance, cyber and security.

* Bring customer challenges to live

* Working with the toughest data challenges in the UK market that the police face

* Problem solving around data and ethical challenges

Experience required:

* Information Technology: Understanding of risks and opportunities within modern, cloud-based IT environment. Able to engage credibly with suppliers service delivery partners.

* Information Architecture

* Technical leadership

* Sensitive data handling

* Security understanding

* Can be from a military, police, intelligence agencies, banking or data protection environment
