We have a excellent opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join an established digital technology team based in Wolverhampton.

You will work with other Business Systems Analysts within the team to provide new and innovative solutions across the organisation. You will produce high quality ideas which you will be able to follow through to solution delivery.

You will be involved in projects from their early inception through to user acceptance testing and go live. You will work to produce full documentation of the as-is and to-be processes through process/data mapping, requirements gathering, and specification design.

Essential skills: 

3+ years Business Analysis experience

Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies

Understanding of CRM systems and web technologies
