The Role

The Web Developer will work with the IT & Marketing Teams to create a brand new company website and will be the sole developer having green field responsibility.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

*Work with IT, Marketing and the design agency to produce a graphically pleasing website

*Proven experience with responsive front-end web technologies

*Passionate about web development, keeping up to date with changes in technology

*The ability to work individually on a project

*Lots of interesting projects

*Excellent communication skills

What we are looking for

We are looking for a hardworking Web Developer to join our friendly team. As a Web Developer Technician you will:

*At least 2 year's experience working in an agency environment or a dedicated in-house team i.e. exposure to clients and their real-world requirements, working with other developers/designers etc.

*The ability to get on and solve problems with minimal hand-holding.

*The ability to manage a project from beginning to end; planning, testing, prototyping; using tools effectively to work more efficiently

*PHP

*MySQL, understanding database design and management

*HTML and CSS; they must be able to translate designs into reality

*JavaScript & jQuery
