Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager looking to join a global leader within their industry where you will play a key role with full autonomy to shape Health & Safety across advanced and state of the art manufacturing facilities?

This would suit someone looking for full autonomy whilst working within a company who supply blue chip clients such as JLR and who are known for their investment in their staff and their facilities.

The company provide integrated logistics/supply chain services to companies on a global scale and are constantly growing the operation. This is a great time to join and work in an advanced facility, with the ability to grow the team in your style.

On offer is an autonomous role where you will be the decision maker and shape policy in the fast moving manufacturing site.

The Role:

- Identify, develop, and maintain company health and safety management systems, training programs, and procedures in line with all current legislation

- Design and develop written health and safety procedures. Monitor, revise, and implement ongoing updates in safety regulations, laws or reporting requirements

- Develop & deliver safety training programs to reduce work place accidents and incidents

- This role will be covering 3 state of the art manufacturing facilities but this will mostly be based in Minworth

The Person:

- Strong Health & Safety Management experience - ideally within manufacturing environment

- Must have relevant Health & Safety Qualifications (NEBOSH or NCRQ Diploma etc.)

- Looking for a key role within a global industry leading organisation
