We are recruiting for a Business Analytics Analyst to join Business Operations based in our Warrington office.
You'll be responsible for generating and distributing management reports, accurately and to a high standard, whilst adhering to Service Level Agreement's and the Quality Assurance Framework. You'll maintain existing management information systems, impact assessments and analysis to support the incident management process, prioritising reporting requests as well as managing and resolving incidents.
Working closely with both internal and external customers to gather and understand requirements, you will design and develop new management and business information reports as well as provide statistical and analytical information for management. You'll work with customers to understand their problems and suggest appropriate solutions as well as attend cross functional meetings to support with the resolution of customer issues.
You'll maintain and manage the production and performance of recurring reports in line with the agreed Service Level Agreements, participate in project meetings to advise and deliver reports and support other areas of the business by providing information during the Early Life Support phase.
In addition, you'll look for improvements to reporting through supporting the with the research of analytical tools to automate and enhance the reporting, as well as develop and maintain documentation, share your skills through knowledge transfer, as well as monitoring and assurance for core MI processes.
