TSL IT Asset Security Analyst/London/5 month contract/ £22 per hour

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of a Client who are seeking a TSL IT Asset Analyst

Working under the direction of the IT Asset and Security Lead and the UKI Workstation Lead, The UKI TSL IT Asset and Security Analyst is predominately responsible for the effective management of our UKI workstation security compliance posture.

Reporting into the CL09 Workstation Team Lead, the UKI TSL IT Asset and Security Analyst will be responsible for managing the following:

Workstation Security Compliance

Asset Management Governance

Physical Asset Management Governance

Remediation of non compliant devices

This roles is an equal split between administration and active remediation of compliance PC issues

Some of the responsibilities included in this role would be

*Respond to and resolve in person or remotely IT compliance incidents logged via our global IT Service Desk, providing solutions for our internal customer base, diagnosing and working to resolve undefined problems as they occur.

*Ensure good knowledge of all PC hardware models in the environment, including specifications and internal customer PC model eligibility criteria.

*Duties will include contacting customers on a daily basis to schedule appointments to remediate their non compliant machines

*Ensure full understanding and compliance of the dynamically changing security KPI's for our UKI workstation fleet.

* Assist in resolving customer escalations that may occur as a direct result of compliance activity, process or security compliance toolset change, also focusing on resolving root cause problems.

*Ensure a good understanding of the various security tools and processes that reside in the workstation environment. Ensure that appropriate understanding and knowledge resides within our local support teams. Be aware of changes to this environment communicating change to products and processes where necessary.
