My client is looking for an expert IT Support Analyst, someone to provide a full, efficient and professional IT service to all clients both internally and externally. Also providing accurate analysis and problem solving of issues raised through various support systems and in person. The post holder must be able to ensure Service Level Agreements are kept.

Location - London

Duration - 3 Months

Rate - £20ph

Given the site you will be based at, exact responsibilities will vary but may include:

*Solving hardware and software issues in a professional manner for staff ranging from graduates to Group Board leaders.

*Resolving issues over the phone, remotely via desktop connect and also in person.

*The setting up of new PC's and rebuilding of existing PC's using Microsoft Operating System Deployment (OSD).

*The installation and troubleshooting of software using SCCM.

*Investigating and resolving printing and other peripheral problems including Follow Me printing.

*Investigating and resolving iOS and Android issues using a MDM solution.

*Windows 10 troubleshooting.

*Managing daily office IT support activities for staff

Skills:

*Client facing Windows platform support experience

*Extensive knowledge required on Windows 10 environments

*Microsoft Azure & O365 administration

*Understanding of TCP/IP networking

*Good application knowledge (particularly MS Office 365)

*Competent hardware knowledge of desktop computers and printers

*Experience of laptops/PDA's/mobile technology

*Experience of messaging systems (Office 365,Exchange Server) and remote desktop systems

*Usage of helpdesk systems (e.g. ServiceNow etc.)

*Active Directory systems administration

*Be articulate both orally and in written communication.

*Audio Visual Equipment experience
