We are recruiting for a team of specialist pensions advisers and actuaries in the heart of the Midlands which is seeking to appoint a part or nearly qualified pensions actuary with 3 to 6 years experience.

There are some particularly exciting projects ongoing currently in this team and your work may entail de-risking e.g. buy-outs and buy-ins, liability management exercises, assisting multiple PIE exercises for FTSE 100s, feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions, scheme design, working with bulk annuity providers and business development opportunities.

You will have:

* between 3 to 6 years relevant pensions actuarial experience in consultancy

* the ability to lead and coach more junior staff as you progress

* strong exam progress ideally approaching qualification

* good technical skills and understanding of the UK pension landscape
