Communications Assistant - SAP Programme

- Assist the Internal Communications on a key change project that reaches across the company

- A friendly and competent communicator who is keen to learn whilst writing and managing effective communications pieces

- Work closely with the already established Internal Communications team and use the already available channels to engage with audiences spread throughout the region and across both rural and office based sites

- Support the execution and delivery of the Internal Communications plan in regards to the specific project

- Proactively engage with our change network and key project leads across all levels of seniority to provide informed advice in areas of communication and colleague engagement

- Work with key stakeholders to develop a reliable and effective communications plans and content that are in line with our tone of voice and brand guidelines

- A background in internal communications with experience in content writing

- Proactive, creative, driven professional attitude with the ability to build relationships and positively influence all levels of the business

The doing:

- Assisting and managing the organising content for the Face-to-face events early April

- Centralising and managing the Change Network updates from the comms team (email, conference calls, events)

- Content writing for hive and general communication pieces in run up to go live

- Attend meetings for any localised communication that can feed back to the wider plan

- Assist in the creation and organisation/execution of the persona campaign

- Work closely with IC lead on delivery of already established and expected communication plans
