CRM Business Analyst / CRM / Analysis / London / 6 month contract

My client is currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to join them in their Central London office for an initial period of 6 months. The organisation is presently beginning the process of implementing a new CRM system to replace their in-house developed solution.

A skilled Business Analyst is therefore required to work with key stakeholders from across the business to understand current process and also gather requirements around what functionality the business needs from the new system.

Key skills and Experience:

*Strong core Business Analysis skills; requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management etc.

*Experience working on CRM based projects (experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM desirable)

*Change management experience

*Strong documentation skills

*Experience working on projects that involve membership, my client operates in this space so experience and an understanding of how a CRM system functions in this space would be highly beneficial.
