Urgent Requirement - Infrastructure and O365 Support - £37k
Remote-working with office base in West Yorkshire where necessary
Nigel Frank International have an urgent requirement for Infrastructure Support / Administrators with a customer service / helpdesk background to guide and advise an international Desktop team in the following Infrastructure services;
-VMware / Hyper-V Virtualisation
-Active Directory (Azure Preferred)
-Windows Server 2012/2016
-Office 365
*Experience working with ServiceNow or similar service management programs is expected given the Helpdesk background of applicants*

-Clearly defined progression structure into Infrastructure Engineer role under the mentorship of local IT Infrastructure manager.
-Training and commercial experience in Cloud Infrastructure and AWS/Azure services.
-Current CI/CD processes within the larger Operations/IT Departments initiating the deployment of a Bespoke internal software application, great opportunity to gain exposure to this upcoming work and pick up DevOps Skills.
