Appway Developer / Tech Lead wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
* 8+ years' working experience in IT Project Delivery as Developer or Technical Consultant or an equivalent position along with leadership skills, preferably with a track record in leading a development team and strong understanding of Agile methodologies
* Experience with Appway or other BPMN framework
* Profound background in Java development with Appway fundamentals
* Expertise in one core programming language, like Java, Python, C++ or C# as well as computer science fundamentals, including object oriented programming, design patterns , database, Web Services, UML and algorithms
* Practice with various integration protocols, including different kinds of Web Service frameworks along with proficiency in web technologies, such as HTML, JavaScript Frameworks, Ajax, CSS and XML
* BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, information systems or technology
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is beneficial
Your tasks:
* Modifying Appway process software to correct errors as well as designing, developing and amending software systems regarding new requirements and improvement of performance
* Proactively fixing bugs and contributing to the stories definition in an Agile approach
* Participating in Scrum meetings for determining feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
* Taking leadership upon development activities within one Scrum team
* Providing support in quality assurance topics within the T-shaped team setup
