2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer

£35,000-£40,000 + benefits

I am currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner Consultancy based in Glasgow who is looking to add to their support team on a permanent basis to help support their exciting projects across multiple industries. This is the perfect position for a talented IT enthusiast experienced with Helpdesk/Support services within a Microsoft environment. You will be working alongside the existing support team providing support across the latest technologies including Office 365, Azure, Windows 8 + 10 (Desktop) and Windows 12 + 16 (Server).

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace - Office 365, Azure AD & Intune

*

Windows Desktop 7/8/10 - Deployment & Support

*

Microsoft Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016 - Active Directory

*

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications - Excel, Word and Outlook etc.
