Excellent entry-level opportunity for junior level coders / developers / computer science graduates to champion their skills and interest in software development. We'll provide training and will introduce you to a wide range of technologies including Android, iOS, GIT, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS and Adobe products.

The Junior Software Support Engineer Role:
We are currently looking for a new team member to help support both our developers and helpdesk with feature requests, testing and problem solving.
This is a varied role and deals with a large number of different technologies.
Duties would include:
+ Work closely with engineering team to gather new feature requirements.
+ Work with engineering team reproducing bugs.
+ Help oversee apps and web portal testing, both manual and automatic.
+ Work effectively with colleagues to help identify quality gaps.
+ Detail, document and test bug fixes
+ Help colleagues with helpdesk support during peak periods.
Junior Software Support Engineer Essential Skills / Attributes:
+ Good observation and detailed investigating/diagnosis skills
+ Able to work with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to work well with the extended team.
+ Flexibility to attend urgent or changing needs. Handle multitasking stressful scenarios and high workload.
+ Strive for continuous improvement.
+ Creative problem solving and team working skills along with effective communication skills (Written and verbal).
+ Excellent English (written and verbal), strong maths / logical thinking and very well organised.
+ Able to learn quickly.
+ Strong interest in software development.
Location and Access:
+ The office is 5 minutes' walk from High Brooms Train Station.
+ You should be ideally located within 10 miles Royal Tunbridge Wells.
+ Salary: £21,000 pa
