Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients.

Based in London the client is looking for an Technical Implementation Consultant on a permanent basis.

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be focused on providing technical services to help our clients get the most out of the company's solution and help their end customers reach rapid resolution over social, messaging and digital care channels. You will become an expert in configuring the platform for even the most advanced use cases as well as training client teams to ensure they get the most out of their specific workflows and the platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Develop best practice designs on configurations and solutions to meet technical requirements of a customer's program and/or deployment.

*Setup, develop, configure and test all technical assets according the scope and timelines of the customers project plan and program requirements.

*Responsible for Web Chat code deployment.

*Trusted advisor providing guidance and support on how to apply technical solutions to meet business needs. Support the Customer Success Managers on project meetings and support customer technical resources on implementing the solution.

*Gain a deep understanding of each client's strategy to ensure appropriate implementation

*Creation of bot workflows and ability to interface with client API's

*Guide client technical teams in best practice usage of our Data API's

*Management of customer technical assets, such as APIs, integrations, widgets and code.

*Continuous expansion and introduction of new technical solutions to drive usage, adoption and value for customer needs leveraging the set of product capabilities.

*Provide innovative thinking and challenge our clients to push the envelope of social, messaging and digital care to new heights

*Create collateral and tailored content to ensure successful delivery of technical implementation services

*Interface with Commercial, Support, Product and Engineering teams when necessary to fulfil client requirements and communicate client feedback

*Work in collaboration with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth overall client on boarding and continued client success

REQUIREMENTS

*3+ years experience in a client facing technical role, managing SAAS software solutions

*Demonstrated technical leadership and deployment skills

*Proficient understanding of digital based technologies

*Experience developing with APIs & SDKs

*3+ years of development experience: JavaScript (Angular, Node), CSS, HTML

*2+ years of Mobile Development (iOS, Android)

*Analytical, workflow focused mindset

*Proven experience in delivering large, complex projects in a SaaS environment

*Experience working in or delivering services into a contact centre environment

*Exceptional client facing presentation, verbal and written communication skills; able to demonstrate the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

*Exceptional time-management skills and track record for meeting or exceeding deadlines

*Self-motivated with an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly with limited guidance

*Innovative thinker who can push the boundaries

*Experience working in a fast-paced and fluid environment

*Team player, used to working closely with internal stakeholders of all levels from across businesses

*Ability and willingness to travel

*Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
