German Speaking Technical Support Analyst / Permanent / Birmingham / £25k-£30k per annum

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Clients who are seeking a German speaking Technical Support Analyst

Technical Support Analyst / Incident Handler / Trainer

Skills and Experience:

* ? Incident Management

* ?Strong customer services experience

* ?Helpdesk or Service Desk experience

* ?Networking experience

* ?IP Protocols, troubleshooting and configuration

* ?SQL

Role Responsibilities:

* ???Provide Technical Support Germany based customers

* ?Troubleshoot in both English and German (spoken and written)

* ?Support UK customers in relation to hardware and software issues

* ?Managing incidents and support issues through to resolution

* ?Maintain strong relationships with clients

* ?Maintain strong relationships with the offshore technical teams

* ?Provide training via webinars and face to face to customers where required

* ?Might include travelling to Germany (Not Mandatory)

It is essential that you speak fluent German and have the ability to write in German too
