Pre-Sales Consultant - Progress into Pre-Sales

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll help to maximise sales of our client's solutions by supporting their pre-sales processes.
Focusing on delivering an exceptional service to customers, you'll verify quotes and proposals, work with Senior Pre-Sales Consultants to obtain BoMs (Bills of Materials) and respond to prospective customers' queries.
You will also work with the Sales Support Team and suppliers to gain deal registration, bid pricing and product information details.
Once you're fully trained, you'll support product demonstrations, including the company's BaaS (Backend as a Service) and Disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) solutions.
To be considered as a Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll need:
- Previous 2nd and/or 3rd line technical support experience
- Customer service and/or sales experience, as well as a strong understanding of IT and/or telecoms, gained through your studies, a commercial environment or similar
Our client would love to hear from you if you've worked as a Sales Rep, Sales Executive, Customer Service Advisor, 2nd Line Support Analyst, 3rd Line Support Engineer, IT Support Engineer or IT Sales Representative.
