ASP.NET Developer - Solihull - Permanent - £competitive salary

The Developer role is responsible for enhancing and maintaining RPS Core, Reapit's API product. This entails:

* Working with project stakeholders to implement new functionality

* Implementing non-functional changes (bug fixes, refactors, design changes, etc)

* Both writing unit tests and working with QA Analysts to ensure the validity of changes

* Contributing to the Software Development Life Cycle of the product, including support and monitoring of the application in testing and production environments

The Developer will work in the API Team but will be expected to interface with other teams in the Development department on functionality.

The successful candidate will require:

* Strong Knowledge of C#

* ASP.NET RESTful Web API

* Security and identity management solutions

* Application of SOLID design principles

* Use of relational databases

* Automated testing tools such as xUnit, nUnit and Moq

* Code versioning tools such as Git

Desirable:

* ASP.Net Core

* Entitiy Framework

* MySQL
