We are looking for a Test Lead / Test Manager to head up a team of manual and automation testers within a software company in Bristol.

This is a great role for an established test manager or a senior tester looking to take the next step in their career. As long as you have experience with both manual and automation testing and have good leadership and analytical skills read on!

This company have been very successful through the years selling their specialist software and hardware solutions around the world. They have built up a solid reputation in their field and have grown year-on-year.

We are now looking for someone to lead their test function and help with running the development of new automation testing. Currently there is one person already building automation tests while the rest of the team are working on the manual testing. You will have support from the leads of the development team and application support team to help craft new processes and collaborate with the wider business.

We need a good communicator who can draw on past experience setting up test teams, implementing new processes and working with both manual and automation techniques within a Microsoft development environment using C# .NET
