£18,000 - £20,000 + Excellent Training + 33 Days Holiday + Pension

This would suit someone looking to join a close knit team in a company that looks after their people, while providing an excellent long term opportunity. You will become a real technical expert in the Microsoft set up, virtualisation, networks and servers once you've become fully trained.

This is an award winning training provider with site around the North West, due to being exceptionally busy they are looking to train someone to become a full IT Technician.

This would suit someone with an IT qualification from college or university looking to get lots of training, work in a close knit team, and start out on a an exciting long term career working with the latest technology.

The Role:

- Train to provide 1st and 2nd line support face to face, remotely or over the phone

- Work in a structured ticketing based system

- Windows 10 environment

- Mix of on the job and online training

- System on site- Server 2012 & 2019, Windows 10, Office 365, Cisco networks, Veeam

The Person:

- IT qualification, any experience advantageous not necessary

- Looking for a career in IT Support

- Good communication skills

- Must be able to drive

- Looking for lots of training
