75% office based 25% customer site 

Salary £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

This is a new opportunity to join a growing IT infrastructure consultancy in the heart of Manchester, where you can be part of the thriving Manchester digital/technology community. 

You'll be responsible for providing great service to our customers by supporting their day to day technical operations. You'll be the main point of contact for customers, providing support for their server, network and some desktop systems. You'll co-ordinate our operations and support activities with customers, suppliers, management and other colleagues across our two offices, serving customers throughout the UK. 

To join us in this role, you'll need:

A 2:1 or above degree (or equivalent qualification) in a technical, analytical or science subject.

Previous experience in IT support, IT operations or an IT or telecoms service provider.

Previous experience of installing and working with server & network hardware, including any of HPE, Cisco, Ubiquiti routers, switches and servers.

Experience of any of Windows Server, Linux, Office 365, Cisco / HPE / Ubiquiti networking equipment.

an understanding of providing high quality service levels gained by working in a customer facing role.

To demonstrate that you have a commitment to developing your skills and experience, through training and learning.

Our Customers' systems are critical to their businesses and you will be given a high level of autonomy to help them and to contribute to their success, as well as contributing to the growth of Lucid in this exciting phase of our journey. 

Technical training will be provided, consisting a mix of in house; vendor and non-vendor training.

A driving license and access to a car is desirable, but not essential.
