As you may (or may not) already know, the Frank Recruitment Group is an award-winning market leader in the highly lucrative niche IT industry. As a result, we're looking to start 2019 with a flourish and are hiring multiple Trainee Recruitment Consultants in our Newcastle HQ, with a specific focus on our newly created Enterprise Client Delivery team.

The Enterprise Client Delivery team is a brand new function within the Frank Recruitment Group and adopts the 180 recruitment model, focusing on supplying skilled candidates in a talent-short market to some of our biggest clients, including global banks and market-leading brands. The 180 nature of the team means that the focus of the team is purely candidate-driven, meaning no cold calling gatekeepers to try and secure a new client.

Simply put, we have the jobs ready... all you have to do is fill them!

Your role will encompass a range of activities including candidate sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment marketing and job advertising. You will work alongside our market-leading Client Management team to ensure smooth delivery, taking part in enormous recruitment campaigns for some of the biggest companies in the world. You will foster relationships with some of the top tech talent in the UK, building and growing your reputation as a candidate specialist whilst at the same time earning loads of commission... not bad eh?

* Bachelor's degree would be desirable but not essential.

* Relevant sales/recruitment experience (preferred).
