This is an opportunity to join a wholesale telecommunications provider based in Bristol who is development lead, and renowned for innovation. They have been around since 1996 and they provide services to many of the UK's ITSPs and telecommunications companies, as well as an increasing number of overseas providers. They are looking for a dedicated individual to join their team, as junior in a very experienced team, reporting directly to the principal architect.

Your initial responsibility will be as a 'tool maker', working through business processes further developing internal portals for colleagues. The tools you develop will enable the company to continue growing at 50%+ per annum, and for your colleagues to work more efficiently.

As part of the core development team you'll be exposed to the projects of more experienced colleagues, and encouraged to get involved. They embrace a DevOps culture and welcome someone keen to advance and take on responsibility, including responding to out of hours alerts.

Skills:

- Node.js, CoffeeScript a bonus

- PHP

- Linux administration, especially Debian

- Jira

- Docker

- React Native

- C++ a bonus

- SIP or WebRTC experience a bonus

- Experience of networking, esp. BGP a bonus

Salary & Perks:

- £18,000 - £30000 (depending on experience)
