Product Manager - Telecoms - HertfordshireSalary - £50,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits
The role holder is responsible within the Technical Operations team for documenting new Product Introductions, completing trial and test processes and driving new products to the Product Management team for market launch
Responsibilities;
Working with Product Management to plan and manage technical requirements and usher projects through the New Product Introduction processDevelop and create Trial and Test processes to ensure all new product introductions follow consistent delivery process.Work with customers during the trial period and be the technical point of contact between the product delivery team and customer operations organisationWrite and publish Internal software release notes for new products and features as they are delivered into the Trial and Test processCreate and manage Technical Information Notes for internal stakeholders.Skills Required;
Previous exposure in Telecoms 3rd line support or Test and TrialsProven exposure of documentation writing and delivery in telco / high tech industries.Passionate about delivering well defined and quality solutions with leading User experience and satisfaction.Knowledge of telephone systems, fixed and mobile.
