Customer Success ManagerIT Software Development£30-40k Basic, £10k Bonus + BenefitsManchester Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager for a IT Software Development company based in Manchester. This is an Account Management based position for a salesperson who has previously worked for a Software Vendor or an IT professional services business. You will need to be able to successfully manage the relationship between a team of software developers and your account base to ensure customer satisfaction. You will need to come from an Account Management background or Customer Success position.This role will be focused on ensuring a high quality service is delivered to your account base, requiring integral skills in managing conflicts and the ability to communicate confidently with key IT Managers as well as technical teams. You will need to use a consultative approach to successfully manage the accounts you will be given. When you are not out visiting clients you will need to be based from their Manchester office so the ability to commute here is essential.In return our client will offer a handful of accounts to begin with and this will steadily increase to allow you to integrate well into the position. You will have opportunity to progress with this company as they have a growth rate of 400% since 2010 and are one of the fastest growing software companies in Manchester. They have won a number of well-known clients to add to their account base and are looking to expand their Account Management team because of this. Previous experience in an Account Management or Customer Success position in a Software Vendor or IT Professional Services business'€¢

Able to bring pre-developed conflict management skills'€¢

Able to successfully communicate with IT Managers as well as technical and commercial teams'€¢

Able to commute to a Manchester based office as well as to client visits
