A new opportunity has arisen for a Lead Database Developer to join a ground-breaking company based in Oxford during an exciting time of the company's development. The Lead Database Developer role will be focussed on working within an agile development team within an oracle environment.

The successful Lead Database Developer will have experience managing developers, as this role will have 4 direct reports. You will have extensive experience with an ETL tool (Talend preferred), PL/SQL and Java. Some remote / flexible working can be offered for the right candidates.

Key skills needed for the Lead Database Developer:

* Extensive experience leading a development team

* Experience working within an agile development team (Scrum preferred)

* Good experience with PL/SQL

* Fantastic knowledge and experience with Java

* Experience in Master Data Management would be hugely beneficial

Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits

Location - Oxford - some remote / flexible working can be offered
