Senior IT Operations Manager - £70-85k - City of London

My client is a leading law firm based in the City of London who are looking for a Head of Operations IT. The role requires the management of 16 staff across 3 teams; Service Management, Applications and Infrastructure and the goal is to move project change work in to BAU while keeping the lights on.

Skills and experience required:

* IT Operations

* Team lead experience

* Experience of turning failing teams around

* ITIL certified

* Prince 2 certified

* Broad infrastructure knowledge

A key element of the role is to improve the Service management division. The team lacks structure and is under performing. Turning this group around is a priority; implement and improve processes, set kpi's, set SLA's and create a higher level of quality within the team to give confidence to the wider business.
