This role will see you support a Product Manager on the delivery and continuous improvement of our products and, on occasion, personally lead small teams. It's a challenge with a wide remit, and we'll soon come to consider you our Software as a Service expert, and ask you to develop guidance and training on using and changing content.
At first, however, you'll maintain existing services, for example getting revised documents signed off by legal experts. You'll also liaise with external technical suppliers, look at the integration of customer facing services with internal software, and keep stakeholders and teams up-to-date with any changes.
From a more strategic standpoint, we'll ask you to help put together business cases and budgets, add value to our privacy and security activities, and review customer feedback and analytics with an eye on understanding users' needs.
To do this, experience of designing and digitising services is essential. Flexibility, adaptability and resilience will also be key, as our digital agenda will evolve over time. You'll also need to be methodical in your approach to gathering evidence and data, intuitive in evaluating issues and creative in the solutions you present to the team.
