Quantity Surveyor

I have an exceptional Quantity Surveyor vacancy based in Leicester that offers a short 37 hour working week, flexible hours and a lunchtime finish on a Friday.

This is one of the best working environments for a Quantity Surveyor in the industry given the shorter hours and flexible time management.

The company are a Main Contractor and are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to a growing workload.

My client work on long term frameworks with 10-15 years of work agreed so the successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company with an extremely stable and long term workload.

You will need to be a Quantity Surveyor with good NEC 3 contract knowledge and experience. Ideally experience of option C would be beneficial.

They are open to Quantity Surveyors from any background as long as they have the relevant NEC 3 contract experience.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

* NEC 3 contract experience

* UK Driving Licence

* Able to develop relationships with project and site teams

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Location: Leicester

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum

Additional Benefits: 6% pension, 25 days holiday and access to a pool car for any site travel
