Job: IT Telephony Support

Location: Dublin

Duration: 6 months

Day Rate: Competitive

A Dublin based business is seeking an experienced IT Telephony Support contractor for a 6 month duration. There is a high chance of extension beyond the 6 month mark.

Some of the responsibilities include:

* Responsible for support, maintenance and administration of Aspect ACD, Altacel IP system, Branch Telephony systems, Mobile telephony and Verint Call Recording

* Provision of 2ndlevel user support, technical support and monitoring of key systems in line with agreed services levels.

* Ensure that systems are performing optimally, monitoring performance and taking corrective action where appropriate

* Creates, and tests of call routines, profiles, CCTs procedures and schedules.

* Provide MI reports for business units

* Day to day administration of system

* Install upgrades and maintenance fixes for infrastructure

Skills

* Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

* Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

* Excellent analytical skills to effectively plan appropriate corrective action and escalation of Support issues

* Excellent planning & organisational skills

* Strong PC skills - spreadsheets, word processing, and Access.
