Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced Systems Development and Support Analyst. This is a 5 Month initial contract based in Cardiff.

We are looking for somebody that:

*Has significant experience of database, systems and analytical tool design, along with providing support to business users, acting as an interface between business users and IT service providers

*Has specialised knowledge of software application development using a range of software, specifically MS Access, MS Excel, SQL and VBA. We are also open to experience in other programming languages in order to implement our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

*As a Systems Development & Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing a variety of development & support activities in line with the services we provide - with a focus on analysing how the systems and processes work, as well as providing testing and technical assistance

*You will ensure that service delivery is consistent with business needs and user requirements

*You will be a champion of Continual Service Improvement, proactively striving to improve the services we provide
