Would you be interested in joining a highly-successful key client of mine, as a Scrum Master?

The company I am working with have recently had a lot of success and due to this, are now looking to bring in a talented and motivated Scrum Master.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating all scrum ceremonies for 2 teams. You will improve the scrum process through the removal of waste, increase of velocity and focus on quality. You will work with other business leaders across the company to promote Agile thinking and behaviour. You will seek opportunities to inject fun and learning into programmes and help mentor and lead Junior Engineer.

Required Skills:

* Expert in Scrum

* At least 2 years' experience in a scrum master role

* Great servant leadership skills

* Strong process analysis skills

* Great communicator

* Enough software skill and knowledge to make you a credible voice in team ceremonies

* Prepared to travel between London and Oxford
