Role: Functional Consultant (SAP CRM 7.0)

Location: Dublin

Contract: 6 Months +

The role:

*Our leading client requires a SAP CRM Functional consultant with core experience in SAP CRM7.0 for utilities. Scope management. Conducting workshops with Business leads for SAP CRM for utilities solution.

Requirement:

*Discuss on solution option and recommendation.

*End to end solution walkthrough with whole business team.

*Demonstration of system prototype to the whole business team.

*Preparation of Blueprint document and getting sign-off from Business.

*Preparation of Functional Specifications & Configuration Documents

*CRM Contact Centre ,Product, Middleware Configuration

*Integration with SAP ISU CRM middleware configuration

*Creation of Master Data Generators for Test Data Creation (To facilitate FUT, LT processes)

*Participation in Integration Test & User Acceptance Test

*Participation in Cutover Dress Rehearsals with Implementation Team

*Preparation of Operational Procedure Documents

Key Skills

*Consulting skill to manage stakeholders

*Knowledge of CRM 7.0 for utilities Requirement mapping, providing solution options, fit -gap analysis

*Preparation of functional specification

*Detail knowledge of regulated and de regulated market scenario for utilities

*Utilities data model and integration with back end Excellent communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.

*Knowledge in SAP CRM Middleware SAP CRM 7.0 Debugging skill will be an added advantage
