We are currently working with a large international company with a headquarters in Johannesburg. They have international ties to both the UK and US and are consistently growing in both head count and client projects. As a key partner within the Microsoft space providing Azure, Office 365 and Windows implementation, migration and support they have established themselves as a market leader within the industry.

The role:

We are currently looking for a Azure Cloud consultant. You will be the first point of contact for all customers who are looking to make their move into the new era of Cloud.

You will not only work in a consultancy capacity meeting and advising clients on the best strategy, costing and technology, but also work hands on with technical teams with various projects from implementations to migrations of servers to cloud platform.

It is important that the successful candidate has experience working across the full Microsoft Azure stack and also has experience in multiple infrastructure environments such as networking, server engineering and architecture. This role require knowledge and expertise in various technologies and you should have experience in the following areas:

* Completed IT, Computer Science Degree or equivalent engineering degree.

* Experience working the full Microsoft Azure stack including Active Directory, Azure, Exchange and Office 365

* Knowledge and experience using Operating systems within the Microsoft space with up to date experience on versions.

* Some scripting exposure would be useful for automation purposes.

* Virtualization exposure with VMware, Hyper-V OR Citrix.

* Cloud platform exposure and knowledge of Microsoft Azure should be extremely strong with a full understanding of project life cycle throughout.

* Consulting experience and advisory of over 3 years would be highly beneficial.
