Spring Technology have partnered with an existing client to look for a skilled and experienced Software Architect to be based in their slick central Leicester head office.

My client are a savvy telecoms company who can offer the successful candidate an amazing working environment and exposure to the latest cutting edge technologies with opportunities to be innovative with change.

Ideal candidate will be a key influencer within the development department, you will be working as part of an Agile team collaboratively alongside Infrastructure, Product, Service Delivery and Support Teams and be responsible for development and support of various company products and supporting systems. This is a varied role with a mixture of hands on development, project scoping, team guidance.

You will also get involved with various projects, ranging from BAU changes to long-term projects such as systems integration. You will take ownership of key projects and ensure projects are delivered on-time. You will be key to defining the technical roadmaps, strategies and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop world-class software features on the company platform.

*Work within the UK development team

*Guide and Mentor other members of the Development Teams

*Collaborate closely with the product and infrastructure teams to create a world-class communications experience for our customers

*Assist the team with deployments, putting in the extra effort where required

*You will thrive in this role if you are pro-active and enjoy working in a fast-paced and versatile environment.

Key Skills:

*3 - 5 + Years development Experience.

*In-depth Development experience, developing complex systems with a wide variety of development languages.

*You'll be well-versed across a number of programming languages and technologies, including but not limited to: C#, .Net AWS, Lambda, JSON, Python, Mobile Technologies, Git, Jenkins, PHP, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX, Angular. JS, Typescript and CSS - and always interested to learn more.

*Experience in working with web based software systems, APIs (REST and SOAP) and experience with software integrations

*You will have strong numeracy and literacy skills, methodical, innovative, take initiative and work really collaboratively within a team

*You are experienced in working in Agile and Scrum methodologies

*Experience engineering, releasing, and supporting complex web applications or APIs
