Exchange Administrator / Support Engineer

My Client are looking for someone who provides operation and administration of e-mail infrastructure covering Microsoft Exchange, e-mail anti-spam / anti-virus, and e-mail archive service. Support all infrastructure components related to e-mail. Provide a hands-on technical role to support the ongoing operation of messaging services in the UK.

Tasks to be covered:

Including but not limited to:

*Administration of all UK Exchange servers.

*Provide 2nd /3rd level support for Helpdesk Calls relating to Exchange, Outlook and Archiving

*Performance monitoring.

*Statistics Gathering

*Prepare and update technical documentation, mail flow diagrams, reports and standard operational procedures

*A proactive approach to ensure maximum availability of all systems.

*Liaise with the other messaging teams across all sites.

*Group Policy Configuration and Management for Outlook Clients

*Scripting to meet additional email management and automation requirements

*Participating towards eMail related project; developing new systems and processes as appropriate - manage mailbox migrations between exchange organisations

*Manage, Monitor and Configure rules, routing and filters on TrendMicro Interscan Messaging Virtual Appliance (IMSVA) and ScanMail for Exchange (SMEX) system

*Manage, Monitor and Configure email archiving and retrieval using Symantec Enterprise Vault

*Manage, Monitor and Configure enterprise directory synchronisation using Quest Collaboration Services

*SMS (Text Messaging)

*TrendMicro IMSVA and SMEX

*Symantec Enterprise Vault 8

*Office 2010

*Quest Collaboration Services
