Our client is in need of a highly skilled Lead Developer in Cape Town. They are looking for someone who is passionate about developing and can take responsibiltiy for software developement within an exciting, new project!

The Lead Developer is expected to be highly skilled with the following technologies:

* PHP

* .NET

* SQL

* Javascript

Duties will include:

* Designing and implementing software solutions based on software requirement specifications.

* Creating small scale requirement analysis and software specifications for area of responsibility.

* Testing own software implementation and that of others against requirements.

* Actively communicating with team members, stakeholders and 3rd party resources when running a project or resolving an issue.

* Troubleshooting system issues in 1st, 2nd or 3rd level depending on project requirements.

* Mentoring and transferring knowledge to team members.
