I'm on the lookout for a Robotic Process Automation Developer who is a self-motivated professional to join an expanding Process Automation team providing cutting-edge RPA, OCR and machine learning solutions to clients. As a Robotic Process Automation Developer, you primary role is to lead the development of process automation solutions to meet clients' requirements.

The company you will be joining as a Robotic Process Automation Developer:

You will be joining a well renowned financial company located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2 location!! As a company my client are focused on hiring really passionate developers that love to learn new technologies - As RPA is a newly sought after skillset it is crucial you have the desire to learn new ways of doing things and thinking outside of the box, which you will be backed fully by your new company in trying out new processes that best suit the clients requirements.

My client have a clear focus to become one of the biggest players in the RPA market and will be counting on you to help lead the development of new robust process automation solutions - you will own your own work and have the chance to see your work add real value to clients.

What you will be responsible for as a Robotic Process Automation Developer:

* Initial responsibility is on the development and support of RPA processes as well as support of other document workflow and ECM systems.

* Work closely with Technical Lead for understanding the functional and technical design

* Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements.

* Work on the coding the more complicated automation or reusable components.

* Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

* Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.

* Ensure documentation is well maintained.

* Improve skills in automation products by completing automation certification.

* Working with a team of developers to ensure that deadlines are met

* Report status, issues, and risks to the tech lead on a regular basis

* Development of unit test scripts and execution of unit and system testing

* Working with testing teams to ensure that defects are resolved.

* Working with business customers and stakeholders on the support and design of existing and new solutions

* Be the subject matter expert for all RPA processes within the development domain

The experience you will need to have for this Robotic Process Automation Developer role:

* RPA and OCR technology experience (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc)

* Experienced in object-oriented programming and relational database design and querying concepts

* Web development exposure using HTML, CSS and JavaScript

* Experienced in version control and release management
