SAS Administrator to be based in Staines on an initial 3 Month contract. Experienced SAS Administrator needed who has experience on Administration and Installation. This role will involve End to end installation and configuration of SAS GRID environment on homogeneous as well as heterogeneous (Windows and LINUX) environment.
Job Title - SAS Administrator
Location - Staines
Rate - 520 per day
Duration - 3 Months initial
Certified SAS Admin with 10+ years' experience in Administration & Installation
* End to end installation and configuration of SAS GRID environment on homogeneous as well as heterogeneous (Windows and LINUX) environment
* LSF installation and configuration on both GRID and Non-GRID topologies.
* Managing job scheduling using LSF scheduler.
* Experience in Plan file (plan.xml) creation and validation against Platform architecture
* Installation and configuration experience on Cloud (Azure, AWS) is mandatory
* Understanding of server security and folder structure and how they relate to SAS folders and security.
* SAS application administration knowledge including and not limited to - Hot-fix installation, License upgrade, performing system monitoring, log analysis, performance analysis.
* Experience in troubleshooting SAS Platform and client issues along with performing root cause analysis.
* Experience defining SAS Metadata, Application Servers and changing server definitions and creating SAS, RDBMS libraries.
* Experience in working in coordination with Product vendor
