Service Delivery Manager needed for a revolutionary and innovatory IT Business in Bath.

Are you a Service Delivery Manager who has the experience to build and develop a 24/7 support function, within a rapidly expanding business in Central Bath?

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for all operational support and services provided to customers. Ensuring best practice and effective working are at the very heart of all activities. Taking the lead role in all major incidents, driving them to successful resolution.

The business is reachable via Train, Bus or Car, therefore commutable by surrounding areas such as; Bristol, Swindon, Chippenham, Radstock, Cheltenham. State-of-the-art facility which has received a recent investment and open-plan office, where you'll be managing some of the area's leading Engineers, Developers & Architects.

Required Experience;

* Performing as a Service Delivery Manager, managing and leading technical teams or operation teams performing within a 24x7 function. Servicing & supporting international customers is desirable.

* A technical background within Linux based operating systems, any flavours welcome; Linux, UNIX, Redhat, Ubuntu, Debian, Samba, Centos etc. Despite Linux being key, knowledge of Windows operating systems is also suitable.

* Experience of using Virtualisation (VMware, ESXI, KVM or Hyper-V).
