Are you a Shift Team Supervisor / Leader, from a Manufacturing background looking for an autonomous role where you will manage and develop your own team of engineers and implement continuous improvements?

Within this varied role, you will manage a team of Shift Engineers and ensure that the Manufacturing process remains efficient. You will liaise with the Manufacturing Managers and implement Continuous Improvements across your shift.
