We are currently looking for an administrator with some invoicing/credit control experience to join our team. The role:

*Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing

*Processing sales invoices

*Chasing overdue payments over the phone and following up via email and written correspondence

*Dealing with queries

*Advising on overdue accounts

The person:

*Previous Administration experience

*Experience with credit control/invoicing/sage (desirable)

*Good organisational skills

*Ability to problem-solve

*Great customer service skills
