My client is currently seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join their busy Glasgow based team. Applicants must have experience of working with Oracle based systems to be successful and hit the ground running.

Roles and responsibilities:

Tasks within Oracle (Pascal) will include:

* Uploading supplier contracts into Oracle Contract Database

* Uploading supplier contract prices (by part number) into individual Operating Units

* Creating auto-sourcing rules (by part number) into individual Operating Units

Other tasks:

* Support on identifying suppliers not using electronic invoicing and following up on supplier registration into program.

* Send monthly auto-source participation metrics from Tableau to Sourcing organisation

* Follow up on any rule errors and ensure validations and corrections are updated in Oracle

* Support invoice holds resolution
