What our Product Owners and Project Managers get up to

You'll work closely with the ecommerce team to delight our customers, not only in delivering what they think they want, but then pushing the boundaries to go one step further.

Product Owners get involved right from the very beginning, taking a germ of an idea and evolving it so that it works for stakeholders and customers alike - understanding the bigger picture and balancing this with customer need, so both are bowled over by the result. It's an exciting place to be, working in a scaled agile framework on a new technology stack.

Project Managers juggle insights, customer data and expert knowledge, to influence and drive projects across the line. They take a lead role in the strategy and then keep every aspect of the project on track by ensuring everything's done when it should be from identifying a need for change and embedding that into the business, to delivering the project.
