An established and successful technology developer based in Dundee. They are going through a period of growth and are looking for a DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role within an innovative environment and grow through a structured career progression! My client offers a highly competitive starting salary ranging from £25,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

The Dev Ops role is to develop and maintain infrastructure automation across a wide range of software components, environments and technologies. This is an exciting role with lots of different elements - some of the work you'll take on could include implementing scalability improvements to existing features, researching new tools and processes, or identifying potential weaknesses in our infrastructure through load testing.

Here's what we're looking for:

* Experience programming in a mainstream language such as PHP, C#, Java or Python

* Positive attitude and a desire to deliver the best work you can

* Experience deploying and managing backend systems, web servers and databases in a Linux environment

* Experience programming in a mainstream language such as PHP, C#, Java or Python

* Bonus: Experience with AWS

* Bonus: Experience with one of Ansible/Puppet/Chef

* Bonus: Experience of high-availability, high-load operational environments.
