Contracts Specialist - Leicester

The chosen candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

* Identify supply base to deliver 80% of course volume

* Placement of contracts and frameworks.

* Supplier due diligence and assessment of suitability.

* Deliver to training budgets and maximise revenue growth.

* Placement of Rebate Contracts.

* Reduction of risk through robust Terms and Conditions appropriate to training disciplines.

* Experience managing complex supply chains to meet contractual requirement and drive maximum value.

* Contract/ framework placement and management from creation to expiry/ renewal.

* Understanding of strategic sourcing process inclusive of: budget, market analysis, tendering, evaluation and contract award.

Daily rate £300-£350 depending on experience.
