The Configuration Analyst works closely with other OC members and the Business in support of Process Automation to implement the Schroders digital workforce. This CSA resource should ideally have strong configuration experience with relevant CSA toolsets including RPA and Machine Learning to: • Plan and execute automation sprints• Collaborate with the CSA Global Practice on process automation opportunity identification
• Engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, across Technology and Business SMEs
• Analyse and solve complex business problems with speed and efficiency, develop technology solutions to these problems and manage configuration project deliverables through the automation lifecycle
• Collaborating with other OC members to ensure configuration priorities are aligned to overall strategy and business need
• Support the creation of Process Design and Solution Design Documents Essential Skills • Undergraduate degree in Science / Technology / Engineering
• Basic understanding of Lean and Agile principles, frameworks and tools, and the ability to apply these principles in RPA solution design
• Able to understand RPA requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with process improvement and transformation programmes of work
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking; carry out objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to inform decision making
• Understand the importance of tracking, managing and documenting all configuration issues to ensure overall project cohesion and appropriate risk management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Desirable Skills • Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism)
• Lean Six Sigma qualification
• Exposure to .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development
• Basics of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
• Experience with programming (preferable in Java / .NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL)
